Sonepar is a key national player in B-to-B distribution of electrical products, solutions and related services in China market. To better serve our large customer base in this fast growing market, we are organized into two business divisions: Building And Electrical Distribution Division, Industrial Automation Division, and structured locally into nine operating companies.

Entering China in 2000, we have continued to grow over the years. Thanks to strategic acquisitions and organic growth, we achieved around CNY 2.8 Billion of sales in 2024.

As a proud member of the Sonepar Group, an independent family-owned company, we are today covering eighteen provinces including the two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau. With our 600 associates and above, Sonepar in China has extremely ambitious growth plans for the next five years, therefore we will ensure the development of critical competencies, and will enlarge our product range to be able to respond to our customers in the best possible way, whether they operate in building, industrial processes or energy.
