Receptionist

Sunrise Electric

7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

$18.87/hr Starting Wage (Pay for Experience)

Addison, IL

Primary responsibilities will include:

Answer and direct calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist callers and visitors with general information and help to determine proper company contact.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
Utilize online process to order office supplies, printed materials and promotional products as directed. Monitor supplies inventory at location and assist in coding vendor bills.
Make suggestions and help implement process improvements.
Coordinate and communicate building administrative requests to responsible managers.
Perform daily task of shipping invoices in the system and scanning the documents of record retention.
Provide administrative support to various departments within location when available.
Participates in and follows all Sunrise policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Strong math aptitude, detail oriented, professional manner, self-motivated.
Minimum of two years office experience.
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time.
Proficiency with PC, data entry, Microsoft Suite required.
Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and maintain a positive attitude under fast- paced conditions.
