Receptionist / Customer Service

Answering to the branch director, the candidate will act as the main contact for the client regarding the status of files.

 

You are: focused on customer service, organized, independent, professional, and able to deal with pressure.


You must:

  • Have a DEP in secretarial studies or other related training
  • Have 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Be bilingual (French/English) (essential)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Oice

 

You will:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Transfer calls to voicemail
  • Organize files
  • Oversee clerical tasks (files, follow ups, reports, rates, etc.)
  • Resolve problems related to invoicing, a client’s line of credit, and suppliers
  • Welcome clients and suppliers
  • Prepare deposits
  • Perform any other related tasks
