Receptionist / Customer Service

Lumen is an electrical equipment distributor with a state-of-the-art automated distribution centre. We are a dynamic company that invests in the professional development of employees.
Answering to the branch director, the candidate will act as the main contact for the client regarding the status of files.
You are: focused on customer service, organized, independent, professional, and able to deal with pressure.
You must:
- Have a DEP in secretarial studies or other related training
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Be bilingual (French/English) (essential)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Oice
You will:
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Transfer calls to voicemail
- Organize files
- Oversee clerical tasks (files, follow ups, reports, rates, etc.)
- Resolve problems related to invoicing, a client’s line of credit, and suppliers
- Welcome clients and suppliers
- Prepare deposits
- Perform any other related tasks
