Shift is Thursday-Sunday 6pm-3am

The PM Outbound Supervisor will examine processes, workflow, and assignments to assure continuous improvement of output per associate and the accuracy of our transactions.   

What You Will Do: 

• Directly responsible for all PM Freight Put away, Packing, Staging and Order Accuracy activities 

• Partner with AM Load Dispatch and Operations to ensure seamless shift transfer 

• Monitor and improve safety performance 

• Manage warehouse processes, equipment, and associated costs 

• Plan, schedule, and maintain coverage for Areas of Responsibility 

• Monitor department workloads and direct resources accordingly 

• Grow and mentor a world class team 

• NC Tool Kit 

• Other duties as assigned 

What You Will Bring: 

• Proactive communication skills 

• High level of organization 

• Experience with automated technologies 

• Great follow through on tasks 

• Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills 

• Previous warehouse and/or driver experience 

• Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word 

• Comfortable writing/responding to emails 

• Proficient in using Solar for trouble shooting common questions related to deliveries 

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: 

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) 

• Mix of warehouse and office work environments 

• Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage 

• Usual 40-hour work week, Sunday through Thursday 6PM – 3AM however based on business needs extended and weekend hours may occasionally be required 

• Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance 

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
• Pay is $67,000 to $73,000 annually, DOE.
