Will Call - Warehouse Associate

The Will Call - Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling customer pickups, preparing and staging orders, and ensuring accurate, timely, and professional service at the will call counter. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Greet and assist customers at the will call counter in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Pull, verify, and stage customer orders for pickup.
  • Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain organized and clean will call area to ensure efficient operations and safety.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Communicate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Perform inventory checks and restock will call staging areas as needed.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as required.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience, especially in a will call or counter sales setting.
  • Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Basic computer/data entry skills.
Compensation:  $20.00 - Hourly
