As Sales Coordinator, you are the face of Vallen to our customers. Your tact, sensitivity and professionalism strongly influence customer satisfaction and Vallen’s prosperity. You partner with your team to generate sales, provide excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operational support to your customer accounts.
 

What will you deliver?

• Meet the lead generation target required.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence by quoting, receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
• Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
• Manage forwarders and courier providers to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
• Provide accurate periodic reports.
• Manage filing for the department.
• Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Vallen’s sales policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in related discipline
