Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain superior service standards.
  • Assess customers’ needs and ensure team members provide accurate information and assistance on products and services.
  • Drive sales by mentoring team members, sharing product knowledge, and fostering enthusiasm aligned with market trends.
  • Actively support the team in engaging with customers in-store and offer assistance as needed.
  • Guide and support team members in discussing products and suggesting suitable alternatives for customers.
  • Foster teamwork and effective communication among team members to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Lead and actively participate in sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve team performance.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales, such as Sales Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving sales targets.
  • Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to coach team members in delivering effective sales pitches.
