1. Lead S&OP meeting with sales team
2. Follow up on agreed action plans to improve S&OP Meeting
3. Main contact person with sales team. Center of information and one company plan on what, how many and when, products and projects, we are going to sell
4. Market visit (from time to time with Sales team)
5. Validate suggested forecast volume via historical sales and demand pattern. Align with internal sales and suppliers on future promotion volume, commercial insight. Analyze, and finalize the most accurate future demand in Slim4
6. Continuous Improvement forecast and project accuracy
7. Lead and follow up selling of excess stocks (Dead, slow moving, provision, etc.)
8. Plan and control purchasing lead time.
9. Internal alignment with Supply planners and other division
10. Price and Term / SPA (Special Price Approval) management
11. Coordinate with all external parties to smooth the flow of products i.e. suppliers
12. Prepare reports and summarize data that concern ex. Sell out , Sell in Report, BG Overdue Report etc.
13. Monthy report
14. Other tasks assign by manager
