Key Responsibilities
-Review daily replenishment orders to ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages.-Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing stock availability, inventory cost, and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.-Forecast monthly replenishment requirements to support warehouse DIO (Days Inventory on Hand) targets and achieve departmental KPIs.-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including out-of-stock, excess inventory, inventory provision, inventory reservation, and forecast accuracy.-Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory management effectiveness.-Enhance and optimize the Slim4 planning system to improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvement initiatives.-Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Sales team, as well as external stakeholders to ensure effective planning and communication.-Ensure demand forecasts in the Slim4 planning system are aligned with historical sales data and business trends.-Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings with the Sales team to review demand forecasts, support rebate target achievement, monitor sales trends, and define action plans to reduce provision inventory.-Coordinate with the Sales team to manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory through appropriate clearance activities.-Manage pricing, commercial terms, and SPA (Special Price Approval) processes.-Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.-At least 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or related functions.-Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.-Good command of English, both written and spoken.-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and other relevant planning/reporting tools.
