Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of industrial processes in general industries such as rubber, food & beverage, and packaging.
- Familiarity with instrumentation products used in industrial applications (e.g., pressure, temperature, level, flow).
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Good planning and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
Experience & Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Age between 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in industrial sales (experience in general industry sectors is preferable).
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
