Key Responsibilities

-Issue purchase orders (PO) for stock, project, and B2B orders
-Plan and manage key product assignments to optimize inventory levels and maintain appropriate safety stock
-Lead supplier performance review meetings with top suppliers
-Follow up on agreed action plans to improve supplier performance, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), lead time, and delivery quality
-Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and other related teams to support purchasing requirements
-Align purchasing plans internally with Demand Planners
-Manage pricing, terms & conditions, and Special Price Approvals (SPA)
-Monitor and follow up on PO backlog and overdue items
-Manage and support B2B orders
-Monitor incoming local shipments, and push or pull deliveries as needed to meet demand while maintaining proper inventory levels
-Coordinate with external parties, including suppliers and logistics partners, to ensure smooth product flow
-Prepare purchasing and operational reports such as PO Tracking Report, PO Overdue Report, BG Overdue Report, and other related summaries
-Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Sales Support, Finance, MIS, and related functions
-Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers
-Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
-At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Sourcing
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate team coordination skills
-Good command of English (spoken and written)
