Role & Responsibilities
• Provide Technical Support to the Sales Team – including Joint Sales Calls
• As part of the Sales Process, identify business development opportunities
• Provide Training to the Sales Team and Customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving product problem
• Actively update, maintain product and application knowledge
