We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Project Admin Support to join our team at Capital Electric. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects within the electrical distribution sector. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to project managers and teams, facilitating effective communication and project execution.

 

Salary: $18 - 24 / hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload Job Documents into DJC. (Final Submittals, Factory Drawings, O&M’s, Etc.)

  • Update Shipment Statuses in JM

  • Update ESD / Tracking information in JM

  • Communicate PLS Job details with PLS Team.

  • Assist Project Manager in PLS Receiving / Shipments

  • Assist with Warranty replacements / Freight Claims

  • Assist Project Manager with invoicing

  • Assist with O&M’s

  • Job Cleanup / Closeout.

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
