We are seeking a driven professional with strong skills in Project Management and Business Process Improvement. In this hybrid role, you will lead end‑to‑end projects through the Enterprise PMO (ePMO) while also driving process optimization initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Business Process Optimization (with a dotted line to the Director of ePMO), you will focus on execution, delivery, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an autonomous self‑starter with strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and implement efficiency opportunities. PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are strong assets.

 

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and achieve defined outcomes.

Process Improvement

  • Map and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead Lean/Six Sigma–based improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and support change‑management activities (training, SOPs, communication).
  • Track and report KPIs related to project success and process performance (e.g., on‑time delivery, cost savings, cycle time).

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with teams across operations, IT, ePMO, and business units to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to design and implement improvements.
  • Contribute insights to strategic planning based on project outcomes and process analysis.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • 3–5 years in project management, process improvement, or related roles (e.g., Project Manager, Business Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst).
  • Proficiency with project‑management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.)
  • Experience with process‑mapping tools and basic data analysis/visualization.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently.
  • Effective leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach.
