Scope of the Position:
Drive digital and data initiatives across Operating Companies (OpCos) and champion, promote, and encourage best practices. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and data analytics. Proactively analyze customer data and provide actionable insights. Build customer profiles and provide strategic insights on how to better market to them.
Major Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the National Marketing Manager to support teams across Canada and execute projects nationally.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to measure digital traffic and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Data analysis and reporting: Delve into data (customer, web, etc.), manipulate, and extract actionable insights. Produce and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, conversion tracking, and segmentation.
• Track user interactions to identify patterns and trends that can help improve marketing. Support customer profiling and data management projects to ensure clean, usable data.
• Manage SEO (keyword research and development) and SEM programs to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social advertising.
• Develop and optimize content for the website.
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns and stay updated on advertising trends and competitor strategies.
Education and Training:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Bilingual in French and English preferred, but proficiency in English is essential for communicating with clients outside of Quebec.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics 360 (GA4, GTM, Ads, Search Ads, etc.), CRM & email marketing tools (ideally Dynamics 365), and HTML & CSS.
Expected Experience and Required Skills:
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B industry.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Fabric, Power Automate, Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike, an asset.
• Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to create engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to make connections and build trust with stakeholders internally and externally.
• Optimize marketing strategies, improve targeting, and drive better decision-making to maximize ROI.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Handle customer data with confidentiality and ensure data management projects have clean, usable data.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
About 5% travel required.
