Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Utilize various analytical tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and identify trends in the eCommerce space.
- Excel Mastery: Create and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including sales, and IT, to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Project Management: Manage and support various projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital business analyst role, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
- Analytical Tools: Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
