Scope of the Position:

Responsible for assembling and servicing customized pneumatic and electrical manufacturing products, including custom mechanical actuators, pneumatic air prep and distribution panels.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of Festo mechanical actuators
• Assembly of Festo Pneumatic Air Prep units
• Assembly and wiring of basic control interfaces and boxes
• Safe operation of Steinhauer ModCenter
• Using AutoCAD software to interpret, modify and create drawings
• Mount and cut enclosures according to drawing specifications
• Assembly and fabrication of electrical distribution equipment
• General cleanup / housekeeping
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• A desire to learn and continue to grow.
• A post secondary education of mechanical or electrical technician.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
