Scope of the Position:


Ensures the Business unit functions at the highest level of efficiency to minimize risk and maximize profit. Managing the operations and production process ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team of dedicated service personnel. Manages and encourages optimal performance and development of all direct reports.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute work schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines,
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth workflow,
  • Coordinate with other departments to align work plans with overall business goals,
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the assembly of switchboards, meter centers, panelboards and custom enclosures,
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead work teams,
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback and support for professional development,
  • Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment,
  • Conduct regular safety training and address any potential hazards promptly,
  • Ensure continual personal development in area of expertise to ensure Company is at the forefront of innovative products,
  • Continuously evaluate and improve process to enhance efficiencies and minimize waste,
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for smoother operations,
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components and finished products,
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure a steady supply chain and prevent material shortages,
  • Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness,
  • Implement key performance indicators to measure performance and productivity,
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement,
  • Communicate production progress, potential delays, and relevant information to stakeholders,
  • Other duties as required.


Education & Training:


  • High School Diploma required,
  • College/University Diploma required (Business related, manufacturing or related preferred),
  • Lean six sigma,
  • Specialized industry experience in assembly of switchboards, meter centers, panelboards and custom enclosures,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.




  • Minimum 7-10 years of related experience within Electrical Panelboards
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous management experience.
