Scope of the Position


In this role you will be responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the assigned region’s designated President. To support and assist Senior Regional Managers and mentor and guide staff in the administrative process.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Managing President’s Outlook Calendar and Travel schedule
  • Organize meetings, appointments, conference calls, and general day to day activities
  • Processing confidential documents for President and other confidential correspondence, documents, spreadsheets for senior management and other staff
  • Preparing and maintaining filing system for President and assisting in processing other correspondence, etc.
  • Arranging travel and making reservations for President and selected Senior Managers.
  • Planning and Coordination of special events such as general meetings, customer contests (logistics and reporting) contests, holiday party, etc. and support for larger event
  • Ensuring website and global address book are updated on an as needed basis.
  • Creating, drafting, and preparing reports, presentations, financial information, summaries, minutes, replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, financials, documents, correspondence etc.
  • Utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, database management
  • Design and Prepare formal and informal communications for Associates for President
  • Formal and informal communication with vendors on behalf of President
  • Customer contact data management
  • Promotional reporting and analytics
  • Assisting and backing up administrative staff and reception when required.
  • Assisting staff with office procedure/guidelines, supply maintenance etc.
  • Support for National Charity initiative
  • Other duties as required.



  • 3-5 years of related business and/or administrative support experience.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Post secondary diploma or certification in office administration.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office including PowerBi required.
  • Experience with CRM's preferred.
