🎯 How will you shape our tomorrow?
Reporting to the Senior Business manager CoE WmS, you will:
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for software projects, including test planning, test case design, and test automation.
• Create detailed test cases that cover various aspects of software functionality, performance, and security.
• Support unit with execution of test cases, record results, and analyze test data to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Document and track defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that code changes do not introduce new issues or negatively impact existing functionality.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate system scalability, stability, and responsiveness.
• Security Testing: Implement security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the security of the software.
• Test Environment Setup: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments that mirror production systems.
• Test Reporting: Generate detailed test reports and communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Support countries and monitor end-user training according to training plan
• Adapt training program according to country roll-out plan
🎓 The experience you bring
• You have a relevant experience in project deployment or management.and a proven experience in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• You have a strong understanding of test design, test case development, and test automation.
• You are able to create comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to project requirements.
• You have a deep knowledge of quality assurance principles and techniques.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• •You have professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
🌍 Work Mode & Location
- Hybrid: 2 days in Paris (8ème)
- Some international travel for a global touch (Europe, and North America)
