The Sr HRIS Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day support and configuration of the HRMS system, as well as for creating and maintaining reports used for data analysis and translating customer report requirements to report specifications. The HRIS Analyst will work with internal customers to analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements. The HRIS Analyst will monitor existing audit and data integrity processes and procedures for opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency.

 

What You Will Do

  • Perform moderate system configuration functions for systems including table maintenance, configuration, security design, and administration
  • Perform analysis and import functions on mass update files such as comp increases, performance scores, dept/supervisor changes, etc.
  • Provide technical support for HR systems including troubleshooting bugs and issues via research, testing, and scenario re-creation. Provide support for system build, monitoring, facilitating the Annual Benefit Enrollment period, and subsequent file and data transmission
  • Translate customer requirement needs to report specification needs and monitor specialist routine reports and audits to define opportunities for increased efficiency. Fulfill executive report requests and provide support with ad-hoc and time-sensitive data requests
  • Provide support with implementation and testing tasks in new and recurring data integration projects

 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, human resources, statistics, or related field preferred

 

Experience

  • Minimum experience in a HRIS role of 4-6 years required
