Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all operations comply with OSHA, Sonepar safety policies, and electrical handling standards.
- Conduct routine safety audits and ensure all associates use required PPE.
- Coordinate with the Safety and Maintenance teams for equipment inspections and incident reporting
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, or electrical distribution environment; 1–2 years in a supervisory or administrative role preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; data-driven and safety-oriented.
