What you will do:

  • Generate sales and proactively sell at the counter
  • Maintain counter sales area with daily stock & merchandising display maintenance
  • Support the Inside Sales Team
  • Help facilitate measurable improvement in customer service
  • Pull customer will-call orders
  • Process counter returns
  • Promote Service Center sales programs and initiatives including DOTP (Deliver On The Promise) and CSG (Customer Service Guarantee) for increased share
  • Helping warehouse as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience in Solar Eclipse, Adobe, and Microsoft Suite

  • Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing Tasks Right The First Time (DIRTFT)

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Counter and warehouse environment
  • Frequent use of computer and phone
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
