Based in Petit-Lancy (Switzerland), this job position is new and is part of the Sonepar Global Sourcing which buys products from Asian suppliers and sells them to Sonepar operational companies. This is a key entity of the Group and it benefits from a lot of attention inside the organization. The Commercial Administrative Officer will:
- Be a key person to accumulate all customer demands and orders, ensuring, that they are well received and processed in the operational office in China.
- Support the SGS team with the commercial reports and analytics.
- Power user and bring support to the countries in their ordering process with the existing Easy Pro system as well as new ERP which has been launched in 2022.
- Coordinate the work of existing LIT by Cardi and Tradeforce expert communities.
- Support the VP Exclusive Brands organizing the meetings with the key stakeholders inside and outside Sonepar group.
- Update sales prices through the pricing system and maintain the system itself
- Be a respected member of young and dynamic team between Geneva and Shanghai
Minimum Qualifications :
- Customer centric and result driven mindset, teamwork spirit and innovative thinking as well as willing to learn and excel are the standards in the SGS team.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently is required and encouraged.
- Sonepar group knowledge and experience in interacting with different level experts and executives is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement. French, Italian, German, Spanish is a plus.
- Experience and fluency in MS Office environment is required
