Job Summary
The Regional Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Density Branch Managers to drive sales growth, implement company initiatives, and ensure efficient inventory management and control. The Regional Branch Manager will oversee daily operations activities and hold P&L responsibility, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
• Partner with Branch Managers at density locations across Colorado to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Directs and coordinates promotion of products sold or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine branch and department progress toward stated goals and objectives. Develop and implement sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Implement and monitor company initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
• Oversee daily operations, including order processing, customer service, and staff management.
• Analyze financial statements and manage P&L to ensure profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum work experience requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
• Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and listening
• Ability to effectively present information to top management and speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors or employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player and abide by QED’s strong core values and beliefs.
Minimum education requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing a team or branch operation strongly preferred.

Rate of pay: $90,000-$120,000 per year
