Supply Chain Data Analyst to support our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will focus on analyzing inventory data, supply chain performance metrics, and operational trends to drive data-informed decisions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

We are looking for associates who:

• Analyze inventory levels, movements, and trends across the supply chain to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for inventory, demand planning, procurement, and logistics performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, logistics, and finance to support supply chain initiatives.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turns, fill rates, forecast accuracy, and lead times.
• Support S&OP processes with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
• Identify root causes of inventory imbalances and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of supply chain systems and tools.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
• Serve as a backup to buyers as needed.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, inventory management, or operations analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (Eclipse, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles including demand planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or simulation techniques.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
