CSR - Sales Support:

  • Responding to customers inquires in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Entering customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring correct flow and accuracy of documentation from customer order entry
  • Reviewing various vendor documents for special projects.
  • Review purchase orders and quotes to ensure there are no discrepancies.
  • Providing quotes to customers as directed by Sales Representative or Management.
  • Assisting the Sales Representatives and Management to ensure our customers consistently receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Preparing reports and business correspondence as required.
  • Coordinating and assisting with communication documents pertaining to activities that involve development of a major project.
  • Expediting orders and working with purchasing to sourcing product and delivery information on behalf of the Sales Rep.
  • Assisting in completing month end procedures and customer orders.
  • Liaison with the warehouse personnel to ensure the orders have been shipped correctly and successfully.
  • Working with all regional departments and coordinating the actions necessary for the implementation of successful major projects.
  • Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries
  • Follow pricing instructions to input quotes and orders into the system
  • Build spreadsheets for pricing and inventory

 

Document Control:

  • Review contract specifications during the execution and closing phases of the project.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of all data.
  • Project documentation reviews to ensure that all required documents have received by customers. Also reviewed by Sales Manager.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum 3-4 years of Customer Service/Administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • High School Diploma required; Post Secondary education is preferred in Administration and/or Business Management.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be accurate and efficient at data entry, with attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with excel and understanding using spreadsheets/ generating reports for data analysis.
  • Exceptional organizations skills with the ability to effectively multitask.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and independently.
  • Document control experience would be a strong asset.
  • Must know how to effectively manage documents and maintain filing.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
