Major Responsibilites: 

  • Receives, logs, tracks, files, and monitors paper and electronic customer and vendor supplied documentation, and other technical correspondence.
  • Responsible for setting up document control records, archiving project information, and preparing project data books.
  • Responds to document requests and submissions.
  • Generates and distributes reports as required by project.
  • Handles file documents by electronically scanning documents, and maintaining data files.
  • Uploads documentations to SharePoint site/Customer Portals.
  • Sets up and assembles project data books.
  • Ensures all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standards.
  • Archives all Project Documentation and Project Close-out.
  • Liaising with Sales Representative, Project Specialist, and Management.

 
Requirements:

  • Post secondary diploma (business administration etc).
  • Problem Solver, information gatherer, very detail oriented.
  • Experience in data entry, administrative and/or document control.
  • MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high pressure and team-based environment.
