This position requires frequent hand picking of orders, building and stretch wrapping pallets, tagging material, stripping material when requested and transporting completed orders to specific areas of the warehouse.  This person will also ensure appropriate documents are filled out and taken to the Shipping Office or the North Office. 


There are 2 shifts available.

Monday - Friday:  6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM




  • Utilizes continuous improvement mindset to identifying opportunities to improve processes 
  • Operates various types of equipment in a safe manner (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks) 
  • Works in a team environment  
  • Move completed orders to appropriate shipping areas within the warehouse 
  • Pull and Pack orders based on daily orders 
  • Meets specifics of customer orders on a timely manner 
  • Reports inventory discrepancies to supervisor/manager 
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work area 
  • Able to operate and understand RF units and working tablets 
  • Fully completes all documents and takes to appropriate shipping areas (Shipping Office/North Office) 
  • Perform other related duties as needed 



  • Strong communication skills, to communicate within various departments to address customer orders (Shippers, Production Supervisors and Sales Staff)  
  • Have basic mathematical abilities 
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Being proficient in basic computer applications 
  • Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy material on frequent bases  
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, ensuring urgent orders are taken care of promptly and efficiently  
  • Strong sound judgment by following established procedures, while managing emergency calls/orders  
  • Strong attention to detail, to monitor shipping progress of multiple orders 
  • Strong decision-making skills, to apply knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions    
  • Valid MHE verification  
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred
