What you will do:

  • Responsible for processing housekeeping invoices for SSG
  • Responsible for billing and processing freight charges
  • Review and process return goods
  • Review transfer discrepancies
  • Facilitate Communication with Accounts Payable
  • Facilitate Processing of Customer Billings and Credits
  • Facilitate core operations-related duties
  • File and Track Freight/Vendor Discrepancies and Damages
  • Ensure that all Operations-related Queues are managed, monitored, or worked, to meet or exceed the required goals/deadlines for each
  • Other duties as assigned


What you will bring:

  • Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams, with advanced skill in Excel
  • Familiarity with NCE computer system (Epicor Eclipse)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Work cooperatively with team members and customers, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Office environment is mainly seated at a desk
  • Extensive phone and computer use
  • Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance
