JOB PURPOSE
Handling Customer PDI’s, In-Process Inspection, Pre-dispatch Inspections
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Handling Customer complaints and submitting corrective action plan/8D
-
Sharing Monthly KPI data to customer
-
Handling customer PDI’s and co-ordination with Cross-functional team for smooth execution
-
Internal In-Process inspection and maintaining the In-process trackers.
-
Pre-dispatch Inspection and maintaining the PDI Trackers
-
Inspection Report Preparation
-
Follow sampling plan for routine inspection
-
First Part Approval at Production Set-up
MEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES

Handling Internal testing, test report preparation

New Product Development Inspection
-
Maintaining the Quality Documents as per ISO 9001:2015 (PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA, Inspection Instruction, work instructions, SPC, Cp/Cpk, Inspection report, Routine & Type Test report)

Maintaining Customer Complaints and Internal Complaints Register

Product and Process Validation

First Part Approval Documentation KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Good Inspection Skills

Understanding of Quality requirements as per ISO 9001:2015

Maintaining Quality deliverable as per department objectives

Problem Solving Skills, 8D, 7QC Tools

Technical Test Report Preparation

Understanding and preparation of PPAP Documentation

Understanding of ISO 9001

Good in Microsoft Skills (MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point).

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics &Telecommunication) with Min 7 years of Experience
OR
Bachlor’s in Engineering ((Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics &Telecommunication) with Min 4 years of experience
