MISSION
In your role, you assist the ODD in all Change Management activities to support the HR Group transformation projects (Purpose, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee experience) and to boost the adoption of our HRIS Success Factors. You will assess the change impact, support countries in their usage, create & implement adoption campaign and Dashboard / KPIs, propose tool’s or processes’ improvements.
You may be involved in other key projects on the change management aspects, for instance the Employee Listening surveys or the IMPACT strategic plan on our People pillar.
You will be in frequent interactions with other corporate departments (Communications, Digital) and international teams all over the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics, manage anticipated resistance
Create actionable deliverable and deploy all materials needed to accelerate HR tools adoption: Webinar, Interviews, Q&A sessions, Interview, Articles … (in coordination with the Group communication team)
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, including adoption KPIs
Promote the exchange of good practices between countries:
- Analyze HR processes, identify gaps to be filled in to improve the HR tools adoption,
- In partnership with the HR leadership team, set up action plans to support countries in their implementation
- Conduct “adoption calls” at Region level

PROFILE:
3 to 7 years’ experience in Change Management / consulting / organization / HRIS
Deep interest in HR or in organization development and project management
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Strong proven change and project management capability
Strong results orientation, interpersonal and communication skills
OTHER:
Job based in Paris, frequent travels
