We are hiring a Sr Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team!  

Job Type: Full Time 

What You’ll Do  

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, and supporting operational efficiency within the distribution center or warehouse. This role involves monitoring inventory transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with purchasing, operations, and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.   

What You’ll Bring 

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.  

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile variances promptly.  

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management.  

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.  

  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to manage stock replenishment and transfers.  

  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management review.  

  • Support audits and assist in implementing process improvements for inventory accuracy.  

  • Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions. 

Education and/or Experience:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.  

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related fields.  

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.  

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements: 

  • Analytical and organizational skills.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.  

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  

  • Meticulous in checking calculations and ensuring accuracy in all mathematical tasks.  

  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations. 

  • Billingual in English and Spanish

  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.   

  • Frequently requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching with arms, and constant use of hands.

  • Requires flexibility and mobility in body movements.     

  • Occasionally, it may be required to lift items greater than 50 lbs. with assistance.
