Crawford is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. (Hybrid Role)

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ability to respond to management requests and develop and execute various financial and operational analyses.  Ability to analyze and create concise and meaningful reporting to assist in understanding results.
  • Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuing quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
  • Participate in monthly close processes.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
  • Review and analyze operating companies’ financial position and result of operations including budget/forecast to actual analysis, fluctuation analysis, etc.
  • Ensure compliance to key financial reporting controls, maintain strong internal controls and keep process documentation up to date.
  • Ability to work with business partners (i.e. Business units, field accounting, shared services, etc.) and cross functional team (tax, treasury, FP&A, etc.)
  • Ability to participate in and lead components of a project team to accomplish departmental goals.
  • Must have excellent technology skills, including Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Knowledge in database modeling.
  • Excellent written and communication skills required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in accounting or FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge in IRFS and US GAAP reporting.
