We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team!

What You’ll Do
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity and service levels.
You will:
Leadership

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Operations
-
Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.

Monitor workflow and adjust staffing levels to meet operational demands.

Enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Prepare and maintain reports on productivity, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Education and/or Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
-
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Requirements:
-
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.

Ability to add and subtract units of measurement, using whole numbers.

Knowledge of warehouse technology including the use of RF guns and warehouse inventory software.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Exercises safety in all aspects of carrying out job responsibilities.

Use of personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed or composite shoes) as required for the assigned work area.
Physical Demands:
-
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.

Frequently requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching with arms, and constant use of hands.

Continuous mental and visual alertness to maintain safety and achieve accuracy.

Requires flexibility and mobility in body movements.
-
Occasionally, may be required to lift items greater than 75 lbs with assistance.
