Recovery Specialist

Location: Katy, TX

Job type: Full time

Schedule: 8;00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

What You’ll Do

  • Ability to run eterm transfer reports.
  • Ability to reconcile transfer disputes.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research to resolve transfer disputes.
  • Strong Communication skills. Will require frequent, daily communication (written and verbal) with DC leadership, DC department staff and Sales.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to train and assess new associates
  • Ability to work well and communicate with management team
  • Ability to assess team needs and prioritize/implement needed changes across departments/functions
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and labor to accomplish daily goals for productivity and accuracy
  • Effectively engage with departments across the operation for engagement on root cause analysis, problem resolution, special handling projects, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What You Bring

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
  • Prior experience managing direct reports
