This position supports the Project Head - East in Kolkata and is responsible for developing project business in PAN India. Handling project proposal for EPC/EU/OEM segment, increase brand awareness within the industry.





· Be the Sonepar Front line Proposal Sales force for effective communication with Customers for all product portfolio.

· Plan the marketing activities across assigned customers with close-coordination with business development team.

· Active enagement with Partners (Rockwell/Emerson/Mersen/Belden/HMS etc) for opportunity specific discussion, update, plan for joing activities.

· New Lead/opportunity generation, Sales Target Achievement, AR Collection


· Close working with Sales Team for proper propasal submission & order closure.

· Co-ordination with vendors and principals for pricing.

· Active engagement with Finance Team to support vendors payment.

· Co-ordination with Procurement team for timely execution of PO.




·C&i & E&I projects proposal

. Instrumentation, Analyser, Actuators, PLC/VFD/SCADA/Vibration Monitoring/CCTV.

· Networking & Communication products, Industrial Wireless.

· IIOT/ AR / Software Solutions/ Substation Automation

· UPS/Cables/Enclosures/ In-Panel Accessories etc.

· Effective Communication/Quick Problem Solving

· Analytical Thinking/ Cross-Function Co-ordination.




· Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Masters‘ Degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Minimum 6 years‘ experience in Front End Sales.

· Fluent in both written and spoken English.





· The role is based in Kolkata.

· Willing to travel more than 75% of time PAN India.
