In the role of Vice President of Automation & Services you will lead Crawford Electric Supply’s Rockwell Automation Industrial Solutions & Services business. You will drive the strategy and enablement of people and processes that support and enhance the Rockwell Automation appointment tenants. As the successful leader, you will oversee a matrixed organization consisting of Sales, Solution Specialists, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. As the Vice President of Automation & Services you will collaborate with all internal and external leadership, including Rockwell Automation Management and field leadership teams.
What you will do:
- Create, communicate, and execute the Rockwell Automation “go to market” strategy in alignment with the annual Crawford Electric organizational sales and marketing plans
- Lead your team with the development, measurement, and distribution of the Crawford Electric and Rockwell Automation key performance metrics
- Leads large project engagement, EPC relationships and the Sales pursuit models
- Leads the Rockwell Automation QBR reviews and strategy planning sessions
- Leads strategy and expansion activities within the Crawford Electric Industrial Automation footprint
- Leads Crawford Electric Industrial Solutions & Services customer loyalty programs for the purpose of actional improvements and enhancing customer engagement/experience
What you bring:
- 15+ years of progressive experience within the Industrial Solutions & Services field
- 10+ years of business to business/key account sales experience and large vendor relations (electrical distribution preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive success across a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals
- Demonstrated ability to successfully grow strategic business across a defined territory
- Ability to travel across the region up to 50%
- Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without employment sponsorship
