Scope of position
The main mandate of a Business System Analyst is to test software modifications, analyze the various features of the business system, as well as offer level 2 support.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of business system strategies.
- Assist the team to document the functional and technical requirements for any changes or new features.
- Create, develop, implement, and use application test scripts.
- Perform and document the application tests according to the results.
- Assists the development team in recreating anomalies encountered by customers and during testing.
- Follow up with the development team to ensure that the anomalies found are corrected.
- Perform level 2 Customer support.
- Responsible for some configuration or the ERP and WMS system.
- Responsible to follow and promote the SDLC of the PMO.
- Collaborate effectively with all the team members as well as other teams.
Requirements
- DEC in computer science, logistics or administration; Business or equivalent work experience acceptable.
- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, functional and technical requirements gathering.
- Must speak fluently and read/write in both English and French.
- A good understanding of Sales/Distribution/Logistics in a B2B environment is important.
- Experience with SX/TWL an asset.
