Internal Salesperson - Industrial Projects

Reporting to the Major Accounts & Industrial Projects Director, the Internal Salesperson acts as a privileged contact for the consultants as an internal sales representative.

 

You are: Sales and customer service oriented, team player, dynamic, organized and a good negotiator.

 

You have:

  • Technical knowledge of electrical distribution products
  • An excellent Customer service
  • Bilingualism (French / English) both oral and written
  • Mastery of the Office suite and new technologies
  • Knowledge of Rockwell products (an asset)

 

Without being limited, you will:

  • Support requests from consultants of engineering firms.
  • Supervise, support and address customer needs.
  • Seek out and provide adequate information on prices and products.
  • Place order on the system.
  • Follow up on current orders and projects.
  • Support the external sales team in their requests.
  • Coordinate customer needs with internal resources or with suppliers.
  • All other related tasks
