Internal Salesperson - Industrial Projects

Lumen is an electrical equipment distributor with a state-of-the-art automated distribution center. We are a dynamic company that invests in the professional development of employees.
Reporting to the Major Accounts & Industrial Projects Director, the Internal Salesperson acts as a privileged contact for the consultants as an internal sales representative.
You are: Sales and customer service oriented, team player, dynamic, organized and a good negotiator.
You have:
- Technical knowledge of electrical distribution products
- An excellent Customer service
- Bilingualism (French / English) both oral and written
- Mastery of the Office suite and new technologies
- Knowledge of Rockwell products (an asset)
Without being limited, you will:
- Support requests from consultants of engineering firms.
- Supervise, support and address customer needs.
- Seek out and provide adequate information on prices and products.
- Place order on the system.
- Follow up on current orders and projects.
- Support the external sales team in their requests.
- Coordinate customer needs with internal resources or with suppliers.
- All other related tasks
