eCommerce Business Analyst

Lumen is an electrical equipment distributor with a state-of-the-art automated distribution centre. We are a dynamic company that invests in the professional development of employees.

In order to grow its eCommerce team and accelerate its digital transformation, Lumen is looking for a Digital Business Analyst. Reporting to the eCommerce Director, the Digital Business Analyst is responsible for planning, overseeing and accelerating the integration of our eCommerce solution with our clients' ERPs by ensuring that the best integration practices are applied.


You are: Team player, autonomous, organized, analytical, creative, rigorous and multi-skilled.


You have:

  • Relevant University Studies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and / or in eCommerce project management
  • Experience with various ERP (an asset)
  • Bilingual, French and English, both oral and written
  • Spirit of analysis, synthesis and organization
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Initiative and leadership
  • Experience with a CRM data tool like MS Dynamics
  • Good knowledge of PowerBI (an asset)
  • Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Real passion for data analysis.
  • Project management skills.

You will:

  • Collect and analyze the business needs and detailed specifications of client (internal / external).
  • Participate in implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Write, carry out, validate unit, integrated and / or system tests, from test cases to results.
  • Support the various project implementation teams when required.
  • Participate in the implementation / integration strategy and monitor it.
  • Contribute to deliverables quality assurance of for his team.
  • Implement and develop global digital analytics solutions to provide information and identify key factors impacting eCommerce performance, including the adoption of eCommerce solutions by our customers.
  • Measure customer acquisition, cost of acquisition, and identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Create and automate reports and dashboards that link different data sources, measuring the customer buying cycle and producing reports on key performance indicators of e-commerce solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications, implement them and maintain documentation for digital analysis projects.
  • Perform any other related tasks
