The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, maintaining, and growing the customer base, providing constant and superior customer service, increasing sales and following on accounts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer's questions about products, price availability, product, and credit terms.
  • Deal with customers in a professional and polite manner.
  • Assist the counter and provide back up support to the counter.
  • Works closely with purchasing to expedite orders.
  • Ability to multi-task, drive sales and branch growth
  • Be able to educate the customer about products, and substitutes.

 

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrates outstanding attendance and punctuality.
  • Possesses a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Driven sales professional committed to career growth.
  • Recognized for consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Empathetic approach to understanding client requirements.
  • Maintains positivity and optimism in all interactions.
  • Projects a professional appearance and demeanor

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Demonstrated potential ability to perform the essential functions as outlined above.
  • Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to speak concisely and distinctly. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work under stressful conditions.
  • Demonstrated computer skills.
