Will Call Associate 
The Will Call Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing all customer pickup (will call) activities within the distribution center. This role ensures that customer orders are accurately pulled, staged, verified, and delivered in a timely and professional manner. The Will Call Associate supports warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, attention to detail, and communication with internal teams.

 

What you'll do:

  • Pull, stage, and prepare customer pickup orders according to pick tickets, sales orders, and company standards.
  • Verify all materials for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, lot/serial numbers (if applicable), and product condition.
  • Ensure orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for customer arrival.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient Will Call area, including shelving, staging zones, and customer-facing counters.
  • Prioritize orders based on customer arrival times, jobsite urgency, and communication from sales or operations leadership.
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Confirm order details, review documentation, and address any discrepancies or missing items.
  • Provide basic product assistance or direct customers to inside sales for technical support.
  • Communicate delays, substitutions, or backorders clearly and professionally.
  • Represent the company’s values and service standards in all customer interactions.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and cycle counting as needed.
  • Report inventory shortages, damaged goods, or quality issues to warehouse leadership.
  • Support warehouse team members during peak periods, including order picking, packing, and loading.
  • Operate material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and equipment inspection procedures.

 


What you'll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a physically active environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP/WMS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to complete certification.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.

 

Location:  Mesa, AZ

Schedule:  5:00am-1:00pm (Monday-Friday)
