Solutions Center Lead

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job type: Full Time

Schedule: 6:00am start time Monday-Friday

Hourly pay: $25.50/hr - $28.50/hr

**Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

 

Primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Build work orders and provide assistance and trainig to other associate to ensure all orders are built in the required timeframe and meet the required quality standards.
  • Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties including cycle counting and discrepancy analysis and resolution.
  • Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Create and maintain job folders, including pictures, drawings, and instructions for all jobs.
  • Analyze and identify root cause of errors and inventory discrepancies.

 

Minimum work experience requirements:

  • Minimum two years working in an environment of operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, and/or electrical assembly.
  • Electrical and/or mechanical background.
  • Experience cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
  • Knowledge of VE's system, processes, and products is preferred.
