Administrative Lead

Location: Minneapolis

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Base Salary Range: $28.00 – $35.00

*Compensation for this position includes base salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offering. The exact amount of base wage may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You’ll Do

Provide leadership and specialized administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the Corporate Services team and corporate office, while coordinating cross-functional support, projects, and vendor management.

You will…

  • Support and delegate Corporate Services requests from initiation to completion.
  • Provide guidance while serving as a mentor, coach and role model to new and fellow associates and lead training for new team members.
  • Oversee corporate office needs and vendor coordination such as repair services, cleaners, and other service providers.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the organization, plan and execute event coordination, and execute many other administrative duties.

What You Bring

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum four years of customer facing office and administration experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and Adobe.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
