Corporate Services Specialist

$20.70/hr (Pay for Experience)

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday

Minneapolis, MN

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support for all markets and departments.
  • Oversight of routine and advanced duties for corporate teams.
  • Answer phones and route calls to various departments.
  • Prepare and maintain centralized documentation.
  • Event coordination including lunch orders, hotel reservations, large meeting preparations, etc.
  • Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners, vending machine services, etc.
  • Coding of invoices.  

 

Required skills:

  • Minimum two years of office experience.
  • Experience in answering phones and/or customer service.
  • Comfortable interacting with people.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PPT, Excel and Teams. Comfortable with technology.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
