Delivery Routes
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time | Sunday - Thursday | 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Compensation: $24.50/hr - $29.50/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
Position Summary
As a Delivery Router, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient product delivery by optimizing routes, managing daily delivery activity, and supporting warehouse operations. This position is critical to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize daily delivery routes by analyzing order volume and territory coverage
- Monitor delivery activity throughout the day and adjust routes or resources as needed
- Coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Support sales teams with special delivery requests
- Assist warehouse team with picking, checking, and loading trucks
- Track and manage weekly/monthly mileage reports
- Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and overall operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems (WMS a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or Distribution preferred
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move throughout a warehouse environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
- May operate powered industrial equipment (training provided where applicable)
