This position is part-time, and may be based out of any North Coast branch in Montana - Missoula, Bozeman, Billings, with Kalispell coming soon!
What You Will Do:
- Coordination of all switchgear and lighting quotations
- Establish and maintain good working realtions with all our key switchgear & lighting vendors
- Ability to efficiently navigate ABB Empower software packages
- Strategize between vendors, customers, and our sales Associates to control and win profitable jobs
- Produce quotations, bills of material, and create workable project hand-off documents
- Support both our Construction and Industrial sales teams
- Set industry standards for professionalism in accurate, quality quotations, timely follow-up, on time submittals, and exceed our customer's expectations in general
- Work with IMT to ensure stock compatibility with the current market demands and customer preferences
- Manager vendor pricing agreements
- Participate in hand-off meetings with Quotes and Account Managers
- Provide accurate professional documentation, tracking sheets, submittals and O&Ms (Operations and Maintenance) forms/information
- Provide excellent customer service with project storage facilitation
- Resolve customer issues
- Manage project billings
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 1-year electrical distributo experience
- Commitment to constant improvement, teamwork and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
- Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
- Computer literate in SSM, CRM, Adobe, and Microsoft Outlook Suite, including Outlook
- Able to ultilize internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal information
- Ablity to work with manufacturer provided software for pricing and product information
- Detail oriented
- Can-do attitude, work well as part of a team
- Abilit to learn manufactuer pricing programs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and teambuilding spirit
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
- Frequent computer and phone use
- Standing and lifting in support of counter sales
- Part time 20-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
- Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
