RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent Site support to customer
• Knowledge on PLC-HMI, SCADAProgramming (Schneider).
• Application Programming Knowledge on Servo System and AC Drives (Schneider)
• Knowledge on Instrumentation Product line.
• Conducting training to individual customers for imparting product knowledge
• Provide pre-sales support to Sales Engineers
• Provide sales and service for customers
• To ensure completion of project and service jobs in minimum time for maximization of Order Margins and additional business generation.
• Providing Quality Training Services and sharing knowledge on products to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• To adhere to the Technical service operation processes and also contribute in introducing/following seamless procedures
• Ensuring timely service and support to customer

MEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES

• On-site Troubleshooting, support to customers (OEM & end user). Completion rate more than 80%
• Ensuring M.O.M for each service visit
• Standardizing site program backup with revision and audit details in excel sheet
• Ensuring 100% Remote/Telephonic support to customer

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of PLC, HMI Programming (Schneider)

• Application Programming Knowledge on SERVO System and AC Drives (Schneider)

• Knowledge on Instrumentation product line

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech (E&T, Electrical, Instrumentation) from accredited institute.
• 2-4 years of relevant onsite work experience
