What you will do:

• Rebate claim filing per company & vendor guidelines.
• Coordinate resolution of vendor rebate audits & rebate claim disputes with pricing manager.
• Coordinate customer contract renewals, including but not limited to: expiration notifications, sales analysis reporting, and customer reporting requirements.
• Proactively manage expiring SPA agreements by obtaining renewals prior to expiration, or coordinating communications with OneSource sales team and vendor partners when renewals are not available for download from vendor website.
• Proactively create, collect, and manage pricing workbooks to coordinate with SPA renewals to establish and maintain healthy margins for sales with SPA pricing.
• Support special projects for Pricing Manager such as, but not limited to: vendor conversion activities, Eclipse data cleansing, new EDI or other vendor pricing programs.
• Provide back up support for Pricing Team essential functions such as price and cost loading and rebate claim activities as needed.
• Participate in activities such as regional sales meetings, product line manager meetings, customer and supplier meetings, financial meetings, training sessions, etc.
• Must be a good listener and negotiator/educator. Able to challenge the existing structure and/or way of doing with the ability to share, coordinate and implement new ideas.
• Must be capable of prioritizing tasks based on the financial impact to the organization in a self-directed manner.
• Must exhibit mindset and ability to improve through learning new skills, industry trends and pricing/profitability practices.

What you will bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years business administrative or pricing experience.
• Education or experience to demonstrate an understanding of fundamentals of finance & accounting
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
• Proven personal and relationship building skills, including excellent oral & writing skills

Location: This role is based in Oceanside, CA and is remote eligible.

Work hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $24.38 – $36.59 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
